Presentation
- This could be done onsite or virtually.

Here we go to each problem identified in the evaluation and
present a solution in terms of money, time, and scope.

There is a section to clarify any doubt about each problem.

How much will our cost (on estimation) our services and how long
will take the delivery?

We also include an ROI ( Return on Investment ) report to help
you to take the decision.
Verbal Agreements
At this point, after all present all the details on a general way, we
verbally agree about the requirements, prices, time and deliverable.
